A sample-accurate metronome with polyrhythms — built on a native audio engine, not browser timers.
Sample-accurate native timing
Beats are scheduled sample-accurately through a native AVAudioEngine with sample-offset timing and an 8-beat lookahead.
No JS timers drive the audio — every click lands exactly where it should, even with the screen off.
Polyrhythm
Two independent click tracks share one pulse grid at the LCM cycle — 3 against 4, 5 against 7 — each with a distinct timbre so you never lose your place.
Both fire on the downbeat · cycle = LCM(4, 3) = 12 pulses
Silent-beat training
Randomly omits up to 50% of non-accented beats so you have to hold the time internally. A shared deterministic hash keeps audio and visual perfectly in sync.
